Flu Clinic

Saturday 17th October 2009 between 9.00 am and 12.00 pm.

Free for any patient registered with the practice aged 65 and over and also for patients who suffer with a chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease, copd and asthma.

A drink of tea/coffee and biscuits will be available for patients who attend for their flu vaccine on this date.

If this date is unsuitable for you, please telephone the surgery for alternative dates.

Latest Campaigns

HPV vaccines are currently available at the practice for all female patients born between 1/9/1990 and 31/8/1991. Please contact the practice to make an appointment.

MMR vaccines are currently available to all patients aged from 12 months to 18 years who have not had a complete course of the MMR vaccine. Please contact the practice to make an appointment.

Annual MOT

Please make sure you have your annual MOT.

Appointment Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment please inform the practice.  Continual failure to do so could result in removal from the Practice List.

Change of Personal Details

If any Patients have a change of address and telephone number please ensure that you inform the practice so that we can update our records.
