The Attached Team

The Practice works closely with a variety of staff who are directly employed by North Manchester PCT.

• The District Nursing Team who are based at the practice are a dedicated team of professionals visiting and supporting patients in their homes.

• A team of midwives visit the practice weekly to provide clinics for pregnant women

• A team of Health Visitors provide weekly clinics for families with young children.

• Counselling services are available at Five Oaks Family Practice, both general and linked to the Drug Service.
